Stefano Corvaglia is a state-certified materials engineer and holds a degree from the University of Lecce, Italy.
In Leonardo since 2005, he participated in the start-up phases of the Grottaglie Plant for the construction of the Boeing 787 fuselages.

Since 2018, he is the Head of Research and Development and Intellectual Property Manager of the Leonardo Aerostructures Division.

He holds several patents on advanced processes and technologies.

He is board member of IMaST in Naples, the Italian technological district for the engineering of polymeric and composite materials and structures.
